backbar teams up with the kitchen at Journeyman to bring you our Omakase tasting menu. “Omakase” is the Japanese term for chef’s choice, so the bar and kitchen put their heads together to create an inspired menu of seasonal dishes paired with delicious cocktails.
For $85 per person, you get 3 cocktails, and three small dishes with each drink.
The Omakase is only available by reservation, Sunday, Monday, Wednesday and Thursday. Because we plan each menu from scratch, depending on what drinks we’re experimenting with and what ingredients are available, we ask for at least 48 hours notice.
